(english) nesty is rolled into the er on a stretcher after her accident on the street. she is already intubated, and the et tube fixed with a thomas tube holder with breathing assisted via ambu bagging, she wears a cervical collar. a pulse oximeter and bp cuff are also placed, and she is hooked up to a 3-lead heart monitor. the med team places the patient onto the exam table. they cut off all of her clothes and keep the ecg electrodes on but switch her to a local life support machine. then they set up a 12 lead ecg clip on. they hook her up to the ventilator and start a full body exam checking all ribs, limbs, and neck. they gently turn over the patient and check her spine. then they palpate her and do a full upper body check on all of her organs. when everything looks stable, they insert a urine catheter (close ups).  then the patient's eyes are open, and she is moving.  an exciting er clip with stretcher, cutting off clothes, cervical collar, et tube, thomas tube holder, bp cuff, 3 lead ecg, 12 lead ecg with limb-clips, ambu bagging and catheter insertion. a must see clip for all medical fans, especially for er fans! no resus. Large breasted jozephine is doing her job in a gallery when, while on the phone, the lights start to flicker. she hangs up the phone and starts messing with the old dangerous junction box. bad idea and she gets a significant shock. she calls for help because she is not feeling well, and her heart feels like it’s racing a mile a minute and is irregular. soon the ambulance arrives, and the medics start to examine jozephine. they take her bp, listen to her lungs and heart with a stethoscope, place an oxygen mask and then lower her to the floor so they can quickly perform a resting ecg exam. they place the electrodes onto her chest and soon determine that she needs to be rushed to hospital immediately because of the arrhythmia. however, suddenly jozephine starts gasping for breath and the paramedics have to start the cpr. they perform deep and strong chest compressions and ambu bagging. they place the aed pads onto her chest but after a round there is no response. they continue the resus procedure with a resqcpr pump. after a few more cycles of cpr, ambu bagging and aed defibs the patient's pulse finally returns to normal rhythm and she can be transported to hospital. a nice on location resus clip with naturally large breasted jozephine. with symptoms, deep and strong chest compressions, aed and resqcpr pump. a must see clip for all on location resus fans and fans of large natural breasts.
