eleonore e valerie sono una coppia da qualche tempo. È mattina, eleonore sta bevendo del caffè da una tazza intanto che guarda qualcosa su un portatile. È vestita elegante, pronta per andare a lavoro. su un divano accanto valerie sta giocando col telefono, scalza, un vestito casual. le due parlano di cosa fare quella sera, dato che sarà il compleanno di eleonore e valerie vorrebbe farle una sorpresa. si stuzzicano un po', poi eleonore si accorge essere tardi e scappa fuori di casa. nel momento in cui valerie va per mettere via la tazza di eleonore, si accorge che lei si è scordata il computer acceso sul tavolo. così scopre la passione nascosta di eleonore: sul monitor trova video di ragazze con caviglie slogate, sofferenti, fasciate, ingessate. stuzzicata dalla cosa valerie si rende conto che la sorpresa più bella per il compleanno di eleonore possa essere quella di farsi trovare con una caviglia slogata. in fondo è una cosa che avrebbe sempre voluto provare. così dopo essersi storta un po' la caviglia a mani nude, ma rendendosi conto che così non avrebbe ottenuto niente, decide di saltare dal divano. un crack, un urlo. la caviglia è rotta. sofferente, ma in qualche modo contenta, tenendosi la caviglia con le mani, si rende conto che la sorpresa sarà fantastica, ma che prima dovrà andare in ospedale.   È sera, eleonore è rientrata da lavoro da poco, è seduta sul divano e si chiede come mai valerie non sia lì dato che le aveva promesso un sorpresa. non passa molto quando valerie arriva. entra in stanza in stampelle una fasciatura alta (come quella dello scorso video con valerie, eve ed ariane, se riesci a usare anche qualche benda in più, ben venga) esclamando: "sorpresa!". eleonore è sconvolta: allo stesso tempo estremamente eccitata, ma dall'altro lato curiosa e preoccupata. le due si siedono sul divano e valerie spiega ciò che ha fatto e che tra qualche giorno, passato il gonfiore, la ingesseranno. non passa molto tempo che le provocazioni di valerie, sortiscono l'effetto sperato. eleonore comincia a leccarle il piede dolorante. valerie tra il dolore e l'eccitazione si lamenta, sorride, ansima. preda dell'eccitazione, eleonore decide allora di aprirsi con valerie del tutto e le spiega quanto la ecciterebbe che fossero entrambe con una caviglia rotta. supplica allora valerie affinché gliela rompa con le sue stesse mani.  valerie eccitata e felice all'idea, prende il piede di eleonore ed esaudisce il suo desiderio. un urlo. eleonore è dolorante, ansimante ed eccitata. valerie allora comincia a leccare il piede ormai rotto di eleonore che, nel frattempo tiene con una mano il piede rotto di valerie. entrambe ansimano, soffrono, ma sono felici di aver ottenuto il loro obiettivo.
