I’m heading out to a posh dinner but i already have a bloated, gassy tummy that’s showing up through my tight, lacy dress… what do i do?? i’m worried that drinking champagne at the event will make my turbulent tummy situation worse but drinking a whole 2 litre bottle of sparkling water to practice letting out gas discretely might not be the best way to deal with my gurgly gut! i start drinking and with each glass of fizzy water i bloat up more and become increasingly uncomfortable. i let out a fart to release some pressure and start burping too but i’m hardly subtle about it! eventually i end up with a full attack of hiccups and i actually kind of go quiet for a bit while i’m hiccuping, i look so shocked!
