Valerie è una personal trainer molto esigente, le sue sessioni di allenamento sono davvero estreme ed oggi è con eleonore e ammalia, le due ragazze che hanno superato la selezione e potranno allenarsi con lei. valerie arriva nella stanza e ordina immediatamente alle due di mostrare bicipiti e  gambe. valerie non sembra particolarmente impressionata anzi, la loro condizione è tutt’altro che buona e cosi parte subito con una serie di esercizi. secondo la trainer le due sono carenti nella muscolatura delle gambe, in particolare cosce e polpacci. ha in mente due esercizi specifici per migliorare la situazione: i donkey calf raises ed i piggyback con squats. le due ragazze iniziano con questi esercizi pesantissimi ma valerie non è soddisfatta e nonostante senta che le ragazze stanno facendo fatica finché lei non dice stop nessuno si ferma nelle sue lezioni. a questo punto fa eseguire una serie di front lift, i muscoli delle ragazze iniziano a contrarsi sempre di più, lo sforzo è massimo, i loro volti sono sofferenti ma per orgoglio nessuna delle due vuole mollare, hanno affrontato selezioni durissime per essere allenate da valerie, faranno di tutto per non cedere. il respiro si fa affannoso ma nessuna vuole fare meno squats dell'altra. l'istruttrice sembra finalmente soddisfatta di quello che sta vedendo e dopo un estenuante allenamento decide di farle riposare, ma ricorda loro di presentarsi il giorno successivo all’alba per un altro estenuante allenamento! valerie is a very demanding personal trainer, her training sessions are truly extreme and today she is with eleonore and ammalia, the two girls who passed the selection and will be able to train with her. valerie arrives in the room and immediately orders the two to show off their biceps and legs. valerie doesn't seem particularly impressed, in fact, their condition is far from good and so she immediately starts with a series of exercises. according to the trainer, the two are lacking in leg muscles, particularly the thighs and calves. she has two specific exercises in mind to improve the situation: donkey calf raises and piggyback squats. the two girls start with these very heavy exercises but valerie is not satisfied and although she feels that the girls are struggling she wont to stop the series. at this point she performs a series of front lifts, the girls' muscles begin to contract more and more, the effort is maximum, their faces are suffering but out of pride neither of them wants to give up, they have faced very tough selections to be trained by valerie , they will do everything not to give in. breathing becomes labored but neither wants to do fewer squats than the other. the instructor finally seems satisfied with what she is seeing and after an exhausting workout she decides to let them rest, but reminds them to show up the next day at dawn for another exhausting workout! full hd italian ]]> Wed 14 Feb 2024 03:11:34 +0200 https://pornito.xxx/videos/5290489/an-exhausting-training-for-ammalia-and-eleonore/ https://pornito.xxx/videos/3702009/legs-and-calves-full-of-oil-720hd/
