During Frank's annual checkup, Doctor Jasper couldn't help but wonder if the pressure cuff wasn't working properly around his arm when it goes past the velcro area. So, how old is this guy that the BP cuff can't even fit on him? Frank insists he's a ripe old 23, which is mind-boggling considering Doctor Jasper's patient has arms so tiny they make her do a double take at his medical file. Come to look at it- his entire body seems to be far too tiny to believe! Doing her best to not laugh at and humiliate the tiny patient, Doctor Jasper begins her examination.

After hearing the patient's concerns, Doctor Jasper decides to measure him to make sure he's growing normally; after all, it's extremely unusual for someone of his age to look so small, especially since he's already 23. Doctor Jasper takes out the medical ruler and discovers that his arms are a shockingly narrow 3 inches at their widest point. His ankles, measuring in at not even 2 inches, are definitely too little for a fully developed man of 23 years of age. A normal grown-up man should have thighs or ankles that are so big that you can't easily wrap your thumb or pinky around them.

Using the medical tape measure, Doctor Jasper confirms Frank's worst fears: the short man is just 60 inches tall, which is absurdly short for a man. Dr. Jasper keeps pressing Frank to explain the details of his medical history, including whether or not his small stature is the result of genetics or his poor lifestyle. The fact that he is so tiny has taken Doctor Jasper by surprise; when he was younger, he probably resembled an elf.

Examining her patient's physique, this time his belly, and with no obvious belly fat, Doctor Jasper measures a dismal 30 inches, but she holds back her laughing so as not to insult his poor little patient and keeps things professional. When asked what shoe size he wears, he fumbles for an answer before settling on "probably 7 inches" (women's size), which is equivalent to a size 5 (men's size). Frank's ridiculous comparison of his physical size to women's rather than men's just serves to highlight the fact that his body proportions and build are identical to those of both sexes. Doctor Jasper measures his foot to 8 inches long (for medical purposes), and while this is a good number for size than what he expected, even he knows falls short of expectations.

Doctor Jasper is on a mission to measure everything under the sun. She even went as far as comparing her body size to her patient's, just to give Frank a reality check that his proportions are far from the norm for a 23-year-old adult, especially for a grown-up man like him. There are no medical explanations for Frank's abnormally small stature, including no underlying diseases, unfavorable genetic history, or suspected harmful lifestyle. Perhaps it is just bad luck.
